By accessing and using CFXDATA services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CFXDATA provides OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) API services for data gathering and analysis. Access to 30+ APIs is provided based on your subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your API keys
• Be at least 18 years old
• Not share your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or restrictions
• Resell or redistribute API access without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure

5. Payment & Billing

CFXDATA accepts cryptocurrency payments:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Contact us on Discord or Telegram to complete payment
• No refunds after service activation

6. Usage Limits

Each plan includes:

• Daily request limits based on your tier
• Rate limiting of 3 requests per second
• Limits reset monthly and do not roll over
• Exceeding limits may result in temporary suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced when possible.

8. Data & Privacy

API requests and responses are logged for security. We do not share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
